New to CrossFit?

All members new to CrossFit are required to attend 12 Foundations training sessions before joining regular CrossFit sessions. We limit the sizes of our Foundations classes so new members can learn the ropes in a smaller class size. New members have varying levels of skill and background in weight training and fitness. This policy helps onboard new members, prevent injury and give our coaches time to instruct each member individually. New members who show the required level of skill for advanced classes can have the foundations training waived in full or partial at the discretion of one of our coaches.


New members with advanced skills or who have been a member at another box can ask a coach to perform a “skills checkout” and have the foundations requirement waived.


Please understand that Foundations classes are only offered at specific times and are listed on our class schedule.
